The read is the product. Everything else is optional, and separate on purpose.
There's one line that governs this whole page. The read tells you what's true about your market and what to do about it. Anything past that — help actually doing it — is a different kind of work, and we keep it apart from the graded findings so the read stays independent.
The Read — one deliverable, one fee.
Four ways of looking at the same market, bundled into a single read. This is the thing you buy. It isn't rationed into separately-priced pieces, because the direction is the part that makes the findings worth having.
Included
Field Read
A full demand-and-supply read of your market. Every demand signal classified — met, unmet, claimed-but-not-met, a saturated trap, or a structural gap — with its evidence, a confidence grade, and a spend signal marking whether money is actually moving behind it.
Included
Brand Read
Where your brand sits inside those findings. Caught in the same traps as everyone else, or offering something the market is asking for and not getting.
Included
Competitor Read
Where your competitors stand against identified demand — contested, exposed, or open — so you know whether a move walks into a fight, an opening, or an ambush.
Included
Direction
What to do about what we found. Every recommendation tied to a finding that survived the validation gate and scaled to its confidence, with a first step and a naive-versus-real check on every move.
Diagnosis is the read. Treatment is separate.
The read ends when we tell you what the market is asking for and what move each finding earns — for instance, that proof is your differentiator, and the opening is to turn client goodwill into displayed proof. That's diagnosis, and it's complete on its own. You can act on it yourself or hand it to your own team. What comes next — actually building that — is treatment, and it's where this line matters: we keep our stake out of the treatment so the read stays honest.
Help acting on it, if you want it.
None of this is required, and the read stands complete without it. It's here for the owner who hears "get proof" and answers, honestly, "I'm not a marketer — I don't know how to do those things."
Treatment · by depth
Marketing Consulting
Depth 1 — a recommended-strategy list. A prioritized set of strategies you can take to your own team or an agency: which lever to pull first, what a reasonable first step looks like, how to think about the tools on the table. Enough to brief someone else and know you're not being sold a bloated suite you don't need.
Depth 2 — a specified plan. The same judgment resolved to specifics: named programs, posting cadence, scheduling, messaging direction. For when you want the plan built out, not just pointed at. This is operator judgment, and we label it as such — it's not a graded finding the way the read is.

Vendor Introduction
You've got the direction. If you want to act on it but don't know who to trust, we introduce you to people in our network who do this work well. You and they take it from there. A clean handoff — we make the introduction and step out. No markup, no subcontracting, no fingers on your keyboard.
Read-side add-on
Internal Data Deep-Dive
This one belongs to the read, not the treatment — it sharpens the findings rather than acting on them. We run a structured analysis of your own records: support tickets, cancellation notes, the questions customers call in with. A finding confirmed by both the public field and your own data is graded at the highest confidence the method awards. Your files are the shortest path to certainty.
Everything here begins with one read of your market.
The pilot cohort gets the full read — Field, Brand, Competitor, and Direction — at pilot pricing, in exchange for a written case study.
