NEST OF VILLAINS
Pilot Program

Ten companies get the full engagement. Then this price is gone.

We're building our public case-study library, and we're paying for it with a discount instead of a marketing budget. Ten companies, brands, or marketers get the complete read — in exchange for letting us write up what we find.

10 spots. When they're filled, they're filled.

The deal

The complete engagement, flat.

$500flat · pilot pricing
  • The Field Read — a full demand-and-supply read of your market, with every finding classified, evidenced, and confidence-marked
  • The Validation Gate — findings pressure-tested with you before anything becomes a recommendation
  • Where You Stand — How do you rank against the findings? Are you in the trap or above it?
  • Where They Stand — How are your competitors ranking agains the findings? How do you stand out?
  • Direction — recommendations tied to specific findings and scaled to their confidence, each with a concrete 30-day first step
  • Follow-up at 30, 90, and 180 days — because we actually want to know whether it worked

This is pilot pricing for the first ten engagements only. Future engagements at this scope will run well into four figures.

The exchange

Here's the trade, stated plainly.

The discount isn't generosity it's a transaction, and we'd rather name it than dress it up. You get the work at a fraction of its price. We build examples that it works.

What you get

The full read, at pilot price.

Everything above; the Field Read, the Validation Gate, Competitive Read, Direction, and six months of follow-up — for $500 flat. The same process, the same standard, the same honesty layer future clients will pay full price for.

What we ask

Permission to write it up.

The right to publish the results as a case study. Named if you're willing, anonymized if not, agreed in writing before we start. If the work delivers, an honest testimonial or a reference is the real payment. If it doesn't deliver, we get the candor to say so.

Who it's for

Good fits for the pilot cohort

Small Businesses & Local Brands

You know your craft cold, but you're guessing at your market. A read tells you where the real demand sits before you spend another dollar chasing the wrong thing.

Brands at a Crossroads

You're weighing a reposition, a new offer, or a new segment, and you'd rather see the evidence than bet on instinct. The read confirms, corrects, or reveals before you commit.

Marketers & Agencies

You want a demand-side read to sharpen a client strategy, or to pressure-test your own. You already know what a defensible finding is worth in a client meeting.

Questions you should ask

Asked and Answered

What if you find nothing?

You're not buying a gap — you're buying a verified picture of where demand in your market is unmet or mis-served. Sometimes that's an opening to build into. Sometimes it's proof the obvious openings are dead ends, which stops you spending into one. Both are worth having; only one of them is free to learn the hard way.

Why so cheap? What's the catch?

The catch is the case study, and it's stated in the deal, not hidden in it. We're a new practice with a method we trust and a proof library we're still building. The first ten engagements are how we build it. You're trading a testimonial for a discount; we're trading margin for proof. Nobody's being clever.

What do you need from me?

An intake conversation to scope the read and record your current assumptions, availability for the validation session where we pressure-test findings together, and written agreement on the case-study terms before we start. The read itself is our work, not yours.

Do I have to be named in the case study?

No. Named results carry more weight, so we'll ask, but anonymized write-ups are a standing option, and which one you choose doesn't change your price or your engagement.

What happens after delivery?

We check in at 30, 90, and 180 days: did you act on the first step, is there early signal, did it produce a result. Partly because your outcome completes the case study, and partly because what you learn tends to surface the next question.
